When using our Products
Always be at a safe distance to your child, It is important that kids are supervised when using out products.
Always place on a flat surface.
Keep dry and protected from Mother Nature’s elements. Although they have a finished/protected Surface we don't recommend using these products outside. They are made for interior use.
Please read safety instructions supplied with the products.
CABA KIDZ takes no responsibility for items that are put together incorrectly, used incorrectly or stored incorrectly.
Shipping
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist. You need to inform us within 48 hours of your shipment arrival.
CABA KIDZ is not responsible for any breakages that occur once the item has been played with.
CABA KIDZ is a small Australian company. Every product is made by us, so please allow us 7 business days from order placement for your product dispatch, we will however aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Please double check your address is correct and correctly entered. Unfortunately we can not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers, orders with PO Boxes or parcel lockers listed may be delayed while we find additional address.
If an incorrect address has been entered and package is delivered to wrong address or deemed Return to Sender. Return and replacement postage will be the cost of the sender.
Please contact us if you are facing any delivery issues and we will do our best to assist you. The best way to get answers is to contact the courier partner directly.
We do not offer refunds on items that are our courier partner is is showing as ‘delivered’.
Can I return or exchange?
We take Great Pride in our Products and hope you and your little ones love them too! However, if there seems to be a problem with your product, please contact us ASAP and we will look into it for you. Goods must be checked within 48 hours of receiving them and customers must contact us immediately if there is an issue.
If you would like to exchange or you change your mind (it happens) the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, as well as a $35 administration and re-packing fee. Items sent back for change of mind or exchange must be in original packaging and condition, they must also have not been used or constructed.
If we find the products have indeed been used or damaged they will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

We use a Premium Plywood Melamine Product with a Oak or White Finish
Although this is a premium Product is it made for inside use only. The Materials we use are Sustainably Sourced
