Are the products easy to assemble?
Absolutely!
All of our pieces require a Phillips Head Screwdriver #2 (Not Included). You can also use a drill to put our products together, however we must stress that you are gentle with the dril and do not over tighten. We have used lap joints and rebates for all horizontal pieces to ensure our products are strong, durable and require minimal screws to hold them together for ease of construction and a beautiful aesthetic finish.
All instructions of our items are easy to ready and most importantly come with pictures!

Is Caba Kidz Australian made?
Yes! We are 100% Australian made and owned. Our workshop based in Thornleigh NSW, is where all our products are cut, finished and packaged for our customers. Caba Kidz shares there workshop space with Cabarita Designs.

How long will delivery take?
Our current dispatch time is 5-7 business days. However we aim to have all items ready for shipment within 48 hours from when you order. If you are needing your your pieces right away, Please get in contact with us ASAP. We can arrange pick up from our workshop or door to door delivery (within Sydney only)
Are our Products Safe?
YES! All our products have been built to meet the Australia and New Zealand standards. We have taken the upmost care in designing these pieces for our little girl, nieces and nephews. We have taken great pride in selection only top quality materials to make our products. We have selected materials from some of Australia’s finest suppliers. By purchasing our furniture you are supporting Australian manufacturing, Australian products and Australian families.
Most importantly Adult Supervision must be taken at all times when kids are using our products too!
Can I exchange or Return a Purchase?
We take great pride in our products and hope you and your little ones love them too! However, if there seems to be a problem with your product, please contact us ASAP and we will look into it for you.
Goods must be checked within 48 hours of receiving them and customers must contact us immediately if you require any assistance. Please check the pieces thoroughly within this time. After this period we expect products to be well in use and cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged pieces.
If you would like to exchange or you change your mind (it happens) the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, as well as a $35 administration and re-packing fee. Items sent back for change of mind or exchange must be in original packaging and condition, they must also have not been used or constructed.
If we find the products have indeed been used or damaged they will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Do you Recommend Sealing your Products?
Nope! There is no need... Unlike other brands out there that use BB Plywood (Bare Timber) our Surfaces are a finished product. Our Products are made from a Film Faced Plywood meaning they are protected from the Dirty Hand Prints and are Very easy to clean
